At MindSpa, we value your trust and are committed to offering professional mental health services with the utmost care. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or canceled, and we aim to handle such requests in a fair and transparent manner. This policy outlines our terms for cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility.
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
- For Individual Appointments:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund. - Short-Notice Cancellations (Less than 24 hours):
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the management. - No-Show Policy:
If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice (a “no-show”), no refund will be issued.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your appointment once without any additional charge if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be accommodated subject to therapist availability and may incur a nominal rescheduling fee.
3. Refund Policy
- Therapy Sessions (Online/Offline):
- Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the session.
- No refund for sessions canceled within 24 hours or for no-shows.
- Workshops, Webinars, or Group Sessions:
- Full refund if canceled 3 days prior to the scheduled event.
- 50% refund for cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours before the event.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or for non-attendance.
- Digital Products / Self-Help Resources:
- As these are non-tangible goods, we do not offer refunds once the content is accessed/downloaded.
4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
To request a cancellation, refund, or reschedule, please email us at mindspalko@gmail.com or call us at +91 8840676202 with your:
- Full Name
- Appointment Date & Time
- Reason for Cancellation or Rescheduling
- Preferred alternative slot (if rescheduling)
We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days via the original mode of payment.
5. Exceptions & Discretion
MindSpa reserves the right to review and grant refunds or reschedules on a case-by-case basis for special situations, such as medical emergencies, unavoidable travel, or personal distress. The final decision in such cases rests solely with the management.
6. Changes to Policy
MindSpa may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website https://mindspaindia.in, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
