As a client or visitor, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration or intake, attend scheduled sessions on time or cancel within the acceptable timeframe (as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy), and refrain from engaging in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward any team member or other participants.

However, confidentiality may be breached under the following circumstances: threat of harm to self or others, suspected child or elder abuse, or legal obligation by court order.
