At MindSpa, we offer professional mental health and wellness services, including online and offline therapy sessions, workshops, self-help resources, and coaching programs. As a service-based organization, we do not ship physical products. This policy outlines how our services are delivered and what clients can expect after booking.
1. Service Delivery for Online Sessions
All online therapy sessions, coaching calls, and consultations are delivered via secure video platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or similar. Upon successful booking and payment, clients will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details and joining link at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space to attend the session. Sessions will begin at the scheduled time, and any delay on the client’s part will not result in extension of time or refund.
2. Service Delivery for In-Person Sessions
Offline/in-person sessions will take place at our center located at 12/3 Indira Nagar, Near Kohinoor Plaza, Indira Nagar, Lucknow – 226016. After a successful booking, clients will receive a confirmation message with the appointment details. We request clients to arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to ensure timely start and smooth experience. Entry may be denied for clients who arrive significantly late, and no rescheduling or refund will be applicable unless informed in advance as per our cancellation policy.
3. Delivery of Digital Products and Resources
In the case of digital resources (e.g., self-help guides, recorded sessions, workbooks), delivery will be made via email or download link immediately upon successful payment. Clients are advised to check their inbox and spam/junk folders. All digital resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
4. Delays or Technical Issues
While we strive to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services, MindSpa is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, internet disruptions, or platform failures. In such cases, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
